When does CEXIM retain the right of recourse under forfaiting? 

(1) A court injunction to stop, reject or block the payment is issued due to the business fraud, resulting in our failure to be reimbursed at maturity; 

(2)The exporter is in breach of representations and warranties in the agreement signed with us, resulting in the defective and invalid accounts receivable.
