Does the customer need to provide guarantee text when applying for the issuance of the guarantee in CEXIM? 

We can provide standard text formats for tender, performance, advance payment, warranty, customs, retention money, marine, financial, leasing guarantees and relevant counter guarantees. The customer should give priority to our text formats when issuing guarantees in our bank. If the customer insists on using a different format, the text should undergo our legal review, and the customer should issue a written undertaking for relevant risks and responsibilities if necessary.
