2008年，中国进出口银行继续深化国际交流与合作。在国际合作对象、领域及模式方面，取得了较大的突破。利用各种途径加强理论研讨和政策沟通，积极宣传我国的和平发展道路和对外援助政策，引导国际舆论向正确的方向发展。
In 2008, China Eximbank continued to expand international
exchanges and cooperation and achieved major progress by creating
new partnerships, stepping into new business fields and adopting
new cooperation approaches. By strengthening theoretic studies
and policy discussion through various channels, the Bank has
played an active role in advocating China' s foreign aid policy
and peaceful development path, so as to guide the international
public opinions towards the right direction.

High-ranking Meetings
2008年，中国进出口银行领导出席24场国家领导人外事活动、与十余位来访的国家元首和领导人会谈，主要包括巴基斯坦总统、印尼总统、斯里兰卡总统、刚果（金）总统、安哥拉总统、马达加斯加总统、圭亚那总统、巴基斯坦总理、老挝总理、白俄罗斯第一副总理等，与有关政府部门签署相关贷款协议，积极配合并推动了我国经济外交工作的顺利开展。
