| 2008 年中国进出口银行信息化建设取得新进展为全行各项业务工作全面完成提供了良好的技术保障和支持。
一是进一步加强信息化基础设施建设完成了新一代业务系统生产机房、开发测试机房和新办公大楼通讯机房。完成了全行业务信息数据库项目建设、本外部资金管理系统二期建设、外汇资金交易系统三期建设等一批业务发展急需的项目。
二是加强计算机类突发事件应急管理应对雨雪冰冻灾害和汉川大地震等突发事件组织开展了全行规模最大的应急演练。首次对全行信息科技风险进行评估。
三是完成了新一代业务系统开发总体规划及实施主计划。成功实现了财务管理系统、国际贸易结算系统（一期）、资金报价系统以及应用整合平台、数据整合平台系统按期上线投产并发挥实际效益验证了新一代业务系统整体架构的先进设计理念。
四是全面落实各项信息系统安全保障措施确保了全行信息系统在奥运会期间的安全平稳运行。完成了总行桌面终端管理系统提高了总行信息安全防护和保密信息控制的技术水平。成功参加了2008
年中国国际电子设备（技术）展览会和国际金融服务展。

2008, China Eximbank made further progress in IT development
and construction, which provided sound technical support for
the success of its operations on various fronts.
First, the Bank made more efforts in IT infrastructure
facilities construction, completing the building of server
room and development & test room for the New Generation
Business System as well as switchboard room for the new office
building. Besides, the Bank also completed a number of IT
projects urgently required for the business development of
the Bank, including business information database project,
the internal and external capital management system (Phase
II), and the foreign exchange trading system (Phase III).
Second, the Bank reinforced management on computer-related
emergencies by organizing a bank-wide emergency drill against
natural disasters such as snow-storm and Wenchuan earthquake,
which is the largest of its kind in the Bank's history. In
addition, the Bank assessed this year for the first time on
its exposure to information technology risks.
