2008年，中国进出口银行继续推进机构改革。进一步加强分支机构建设，对总行营业部的业务范围和内设机构进行了重大调整，并将其更名为中国进出口银行北京分行。

China Eximbank continued to push forward its institutional restructuring in 2008 by further enhancing network building This year, the Bank made big adjustments on its business scope and internal structure of Banking Department, and changed its name to China Eximbank Beijing Branch afterwards
