Upon invitation, Chen Huaiyu, Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of China, attended the opening ceremony of the Fourth Ministerial Meeting of the China-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) Forum and listened to the speech delivered by Chinese President Xi Jinping.
As a policy bank dedicated to supporting China’s foreign trade, investment, and international economic cooperation, the Bank adheres to the principles of sincerity, real results, amity and good faith, and keeps increasing its financial support for practical cooperation between China and Latin America.
