On May 17, Ren Shengjun, President of the Export-Import of China, met with the delegation led by January Makamba, Tanzanian Minister for Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation, to exchange views on deepening bilateral economic cooperation and trade as well as promoting the implementation of key projects. The two sides agreed to further strengthen communication and coordination and work on diversified investment and financing modes, so as to deepen bilateral economic and trade cooperation with more high-quality cooperation outcomes.
Khamis Mussa Omar, Tanzanian Ambassador to China, and responsible persons of relevant departments from both sides attended the meeting.
