On November 23, Zhang Wencai, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China, met with Michael Ellam, Chairman of Public Sector Banking, HSBC, and exchanged views on deepening practical cooperation between the two institutions. The two sides agreed to consolidate the existing cooperation basis and further leverage their respective strengths to tap into the potential of cooperation in such areas as bond issuance, trade finance and co-financing in the third-party market, so as to explore more opportunities for the cooperation of mutual benefits between both sides.
