On November 7, Wu Fulin, Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of China, met with IMF First Deputy Managing Director Gita Gopinath to exchange views on global economic and financial situation, debt issues of developing countries and cooperation in key areas. The two sides agreed to fully leverage respective strengths and join hands to strengthen policy communication and coordination, deepen mutual learning in rules and standards, explore opportunities for third-party market cooperation and carry out joint research on topics of shared interest, so as to promote sustainable development of developing countries.
