On October 17, Zhang Wencai, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China, met with Chris Kiptoo, Principal Secretary of the National Treasury of Kenya. The two sides exchanged views on deepening financing cooperation and pressing ahead with important projects. They agreed to enhance mutual trust and expand practical bilateral cooperation, so as to take the China-Kenya comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership to a new height, and form greater synergy in promoting high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
Responsible persons of relevant departments from both sides attended the meeting.
