On August 22, Zhang Wencai, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China, met with Hyginus Leon, President of Caribbean Development Bank to exchange views on the economic situation in the Caribbean region and priorities for bilateral cooperation. Both banks agreed to strengthen communication and information sharing, fully leverage respective strengths, and join hands in co-financing, parallel financing, equity investment, syndicated loans, personnel exchange as well as joint research, so as to facilitate sustainable economic development of countries in the region.
