The Export-Import Bank of China and the Multilateral Cooperation Center for Development Finance (MCDF) co-organized a training on debt sustainability assessments and debt restructuring cases on 20-21 June. Zhang Wencai, Vice President of the Bank, and Strahan Spencer, Head of the Platform Team of MCDF attended and addressed the opening ceremony.
