On June 5, Zhang Wencai, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China, met with Alvaro Lario, President of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). The two sides exchanged views on international cooperation in agriculture and supporting sustainable development. They agreed to strengthen communication and coordination, and leverage respective strengths to cooperate in co-financing, equity investment, knowledge sharing, joint training, personnel exchange, etc., so as to contribute to global poverty reduction, agricultural development and common prosperity.
