On May 9, Zhang Wencai, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China, met with Jean Jacques BOUYA, Minister of State, Minister of Territorial Development, Infrastructure and Road Maintenance of the Republic of the Congo.The two sides exchanged views on relations between China and the Republic of the Congo and progress of key projects, and agreed to strengthen communication and exchanges to achieve win-win outcomes in promoting practical cooperation between the two countries.
