On December 29, Zhang Wencai, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China, met with Zhao Weiping, Chinese Ambassador-designate to Namibia. Vice President Zhang introduced the Bank’s operations in Namibia and the two sides exchanged views on the prospects for China-Namibia cooperation.
