China Eximbank announced on August 20, 2008 that it would launch its second issue of RMB denominated bonds in Hong Kong on August 21-29. The 3-year bonds have a total issue size of RMB 3 billion yuan, targeting at institutional and retail investors with a coupon rate of 3.4%.
