On February 10, Ren Shengjun, President of the Export-Import Bank of China, met with Laureano Ortega Murillo, advisor on investment, trade and international cooperation at the Nicaraguan president’s office. The two sides discussed potential areas of cooperation including infrastructure, renewable energy and digitalization, and agreed to forge closer ties on the financial front to promote bilateral trade and economic relations.
Zhang Wencai, Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of China, and heads of relevant departments at the Bank attended the meeting.
